About 23.1% of adults in the US have some sort of mental illness out of about 59.3 million people. As our world evolves, spaces are created for those community to feel like they are not alone when they are struggling with their mental health. The community age can range from a teen to an adult. These spaces are created so those to feel safe to talk or express their feelings.
